4. Event Venue Use

• Bookings: The barn can be reserved as a package with house stay only at this time.
• Insurance Requirements: Event bookings require insurance.
• Decorations and Set-Up: All decorations must comply with property guidelines.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the manor or barn.
• Illegal substances, activities, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• Firearms and fireworks are not permitted on the property.

• Personal injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring on the property.
• Loss or theft of personal belongings.
  Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance for their stay.
